These terms apply to the Luigino pre-launch waitlist and its discount codes.

1. Organiser

The promotion is organised by Aura, Via Gorizia, 20821 Meda (MB), Italy, VAT number IT13922670966, email info@aura-objects.com (“Aura”).

2. Duration

The waitlist is open from 27 October 2026 until orders open on aura-objects.com, expected on 21 November 2026. Aura may close the waitlist earlier or change the launch date; any change will be published on this page.

3. Who can take part

Consumers aged 18 or over who live in a country where Aura delivers at launch: Italy, the other European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom. Taking part is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.

4. How it works

• You join by entering your first name and email address in the form on this page and ticking the consent box.

• One registration per person and per email address is allowed.

• The first 50 valid registrations, in order of the time they are received, receive a personal 50% discount code. All later valid registrations receive a personal 30% discount code.

• Choosing your preferred versions is optional and does not reserve a product.

5. The discount code

• Codes are sent by email to the registered address on launch day, when orders open.

• Each code is personal and valid for one order, for 30 calendar days from the day it is sent. The discount applies to every Luigino in that order.

• The discount applies to the price of Luigino shown in the store at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs and any duties and taxes charged at import.

• The code cannot be combined with other promotions, exchanged for cash or transferred, and cannot be used on orders already placed.

• If the code is not used within its validity period, it expires.

6. Availability

The offer is valid while stocks last. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a product. Luigino and each of its versions are sold while stocks last: once a version is sold out, codes can no longer be used on it. If a version you prefer is not available, you can use your code on any other available version within its validity period.

7. Exclusions

Aura may cancel registrations made with false data, disposable email addresses, multiple addresses for the same person or automated means, and the related codes.

8. Your consumer rights

This promotion does not affect your rights as a consumer, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity that apply to purchases on aura-objects.com, as described in the store’s Terms of Sale.

9. Communications

By joining you agree to receive emails about your discount code, the opening of orders and news and offers from Aura. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email; your code stays valid until it expires. Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

Aura may change these terms for valid reasons, without affecting codes already issued. The current version is always published on this page. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection given by the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
