This policy explains how Aura collects and uses your personal data when you visit this page and join the Luigino waitlist, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and Italian data protection law.

2. What data we collect

When you join the waitlist:

• your email address;

• your first name;

• the Luigino versions you prefer, if you choose to share them;

• the date and time you gave your consent;

• the personal discount code assigned to you.

When you browse this page:

• anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, referring site, device type, approximate country), collected by Framer Analytics without cookies;

• cookies and similar technologies only as described in section 7.

We do not collect any payment information on this page.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

• Registering you on the waitlist, sending your personal discount code and telling you when orders open: performance of the promotion you signed up for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• Sending news, launches and offers from Aura: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you join the waitlist.

• Understanding which versions are most requested, to plan production: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Anonymous website statistics: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Keeping proof of your consent and complying with legal obligations: legal obligation and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. If you unsubscribe after receiving your code, the code remains valid until it expires.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for up to 5 years from the date you join the waitlist, then delete it. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data earlier, we stop sending you emails straight away and delete your data, keeping only what we need to prove your consent and respect your request.

5. Who processes your data on our behalf

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our instructions under a data processing agreement:

• Framer B.V. (Netherlands): website hosting, forms and cookieless analytics;

• Sendinblue SAS / Brevo (France): email delivery and contact management;

• Google Ireland Ltd (Google Sheets): storage of the waitlist and of the discount codes;

• Celonis / Make (Czech Republic): automation that assigns your personal code and sends it through Brevo;

• Usercentrics A/S / Cookiebot (Denmark): cookie consent management;

• Shopify International Ltd (Ireland): our online store, when orders open.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (for example to the United States). In that case the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@aura-objects.com. We will reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

7. Cookies

This page uses only the technical cookies needed for it to work and to remember your cookie choices. Statistics are collected by Framer Analytics without cookies. You can change your cookie choices at any time from the cookie banner.

8. Minors

The waitlist is open only to people aged 18 or over.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version, with its date, is always published on this page.
